Most in stock items ship within 5 business days of your order date. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and may incur up to a 7 business day processing time. With items shipping directly from the manufacturer, lead times may be extended depending on the volume the freight carriers are having to fulfill. We will always notify you via email with your updated shipping date, and you will always be able to track the status of your order using our order lookup page.
We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our shipping warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.
- Processing during peak times will be longer (Oct - Dec). Please contact us if you have a strict deadline. We will always do our best to accommodate your deadlines!
If any items are on backorder, you may cancel specific item(s) or the entire order and you will be refunded. Orders left intact must remain paid in full in order to allocate incoming inventory for you. To ensure inventory is allocated to orders in the same order they are received, and since we do not store payment information, orders must be charged at the time of purchase.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it if signature confirmation is requested. If you item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.
