We offer two refund options: store credit or a refund to your original form of payment. When choosing store credit, you will receive free return shipping*. Refunds to original form of payment will have the return shipping costs withheld.

Please note that original outbound shipping costs incurred by Bar Stool Co. are non-refundable. Items that are shipped under our Free Shipping will be subject to the actual shipping cost incurred by Bar Stool Co.
If your item(s) arrived damaged or defective, we are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement.
- The item should be in its original box and original packaging.
- The item should not have been assembled or used in any way.
- The product should be returned with all of its parts and manuals.
Should the return/exchange not meet any of these guidelines, the refund may be reduced or the return may be refused with no refund.
* Monsoon Pacific items are not returnable. Damages or defects will be replaced.
