We want you to love your new furniture! If your items are not perfect, just return them for a refund within 30 days of delivery in brand new condition and original packaging. Items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at no charge.
Some items can’t be returned including:
- Items that have been assembled
- Items without the original packaging
- Monsoon Pacific, INK + IVY, Madison Park items (damages and defects will be replaced.)
- Gift Cards

When returning an item, you have the option to return for a refund applied to you original payment method or store credit.
- Store Credit Refunds: prepaid shipping labels will be provided. You will receive a refund in the form of an E-Gift card. Return shipping costs will be withheld from the refund. The original outbound shipping costs will not be withheld from your refund. No additional restocking fees will be applied to your refund. A pickup service can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Original payment method refunds: prepaid shipping labels will be provided. You will receive a refund for the merchandise total less shipping fees. The cost of return shipping along with the actual shipping cost incurred by Barstool Co. to ship your items at the time of fulfillment will be withheld from your refund. A pickup service can be arranged for an additional fee.
Returns are typically inspected within 7 business days of arrival. Once inspected, your funds will be released. Please allow up to 10 business days for funds to clear
Damages or Defects: items that arrive damaged or defective will be replaced at no charge. If a full refund is preferred, no associated shipping fees will be withheld from your refund amount.
When accepting Freight Shipments: check the item(s) to ensure there are no visible marks or damage, as you are signing that you have received it in perfect condition and that you are satisfied with it.
- For white glove delivery: check assembly before you sign off with the delivery company. As you are signing that you have received it in good condition without any damage and you are satisfied with your purchase.
- If goods or packaging are damaged or unsatisfactory do not refuse delivery. Please contact us to start a claim, and you will receive your choice of replacement(s) or a full refund.
- If you cannot check the goods at the time of delivery, please write 'unchecked' on the delivery note. This is important, as if goods have been damaged in transit, and you sign for them, then we have no recourse to pursue a damages claim with the carrier and we have to deduct delivery cost from any refund.
